01 / THE SIMPLE PRINCIPLE
Move the contact point.
Keep control of the task.
Guiding a load often brings hands close to edges, closing clearances and landing points. Steer-it gives the operator an extended contact interface.
Use the head to guide and position a suitable load from an assessed working position. The lifting system carries the weight; the pole helps with direction.
Choose the head engagement and reach around the actual task. Distance helps only when the operator also stays clear of the load’s travel path.
